Drawing & Application
Provide the part drawing, revision, dimensions, tolerances, thread details and assembly use. A physical sample can support review but does not replace an approved drawing.
Drawing-based custom fasteners, standard parts and mixed orders reviewed for material, process, inspection, packing and export.
Requirement-led supply
LD Screw supports buyers looking for a custom fastener manufacturer as well as standard bolts, screws, nuts and washers. We review the drawing or standard, material, tolerance, quantity and application before coordinating a suitable production route, order checks and export packing.
For OEM fasteners, the drawing and approved requirements control the order. We identify missing information early so the quotation is based on a part that can be manufactured, inspected and packed as specified.

Custom fastener review
A useful quotation starts with a controlled specification. Send the information you already have; we will identify the missing details that affect process, price or inspection.
Provide the part drawing, revision, dimensions, tolerances, thread details and assembly use. A physical sample can support review but does not replace an approved drawing.
State the material, strength or property class, finish and any heat-treatment requirement. Part geometry, tolerance and quantity help determine whether cold forming, machining or another route should be reviewed.
List critical dimensions, test or document requirements, labeling, protective packing and destination. These details should be agreed before production rather than added after the batch is complete.
RFQ preparation
A custom part may be appropriate when a standard DIN, ISO or ANSI fastener cannot meet the required geometry, material, tolerance, thread, head style, drive, finish or assembly function. Before requesting a new design, check whether a standard part or a small drawing modification can meet the application; this may reduce tooling, lead time and minimum-order constraints.
For a faster review, include forecast quantity as well as the immediate order quantity. The production method that fits a prototype may not be the most suitable route for repeat volume.
Manufacturing scope
The table below is a practical starting point rather than a universal specification. Final availability, production route and acceptance requirements are confirmed against the latest drawing, order quantity and intended use.
| Product types | Bolts, screws, nuts, washers, studs, threaded rods, anchors and drawing-based fastening components. |
|---|---|
| Standards | DIN, ISO, GB and common ANSI/ASME references, plus buyer drawings when a standard part does not meet the application. |
| Materials | Carbon steel and stainless steel options including 201, 304 / A2 and 316 / A4, subject to the confirmed product specification. |
| Strength classes | Common carbon-steel classes such as 4.8, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 are reviewed together with the governing standard and application. |
| Surface finishes | Clear, blue or colored zinc plating, black oxide, nickel plating and hot-dip galvanizing can be reviewed according to material and service conditions. |
| Inspection | Dimensions, thread fit, appearance and agreed material or finish documents are coordinated to the confirmed order. Third-party testing is arranged separately when required. |
| Export packing | Bulk or bag packing, cartons, pallets, buyer labels, shipment marks and batch photos can be confirmed before production or dispatch. |
Factory evidence
These are real workshop and packing photos, included to show the working environment behind our custom fastener supply. The exact production route and inspection plan are confirmed for each order.

Buyer questions
Yes. Send the latest drawing revision whenever possible. A sample can help us understand geometry and function, but dimensions, tolerances, material and acceptance criteria should still be confirmed in an approved drawing.
Typical inquiries include carbon steel, stainless steel 201, 304 / A2 and 316 / A4, common strength classes and industrial finishes such as zinc plating, black oxide, nickel plating or hot-dip galvanizing. Suitability is confirmed for the specific part and application.
MOQ depends on the product geometry, material, tooling, production method and packing requirement. Share both the immediate quantity and expected repeat volume so the quotation can be based on a practical production route.
Lead time is reviewed after the drawing, material availability, tooling, quantity, inspection plan and packing have been confirmed. Sample approval or third-party testing may add time and should be identified before the order is placed.
Order-specific dimensional records, material or surface-treatment documents and batch photos may be coordinated when available and agreed in advance. Third-party testing must be separately arranged before production.
Send the drawing or standard, size and thread, material or property class, finish, tolerances, quantity, required documents, packing and delivery destination. Mark any requirement that must not be substituted.
